I haven’t really been in the mood to write this week. My energetic makeup up is shifting and the emotions are pretty intense, leaving me tired and and feeling kind of stuck. It’ll pass, and I just have to stick it out until it’s over. So I’m just going to leave you with a little reminder. Are you healing? Have you told yourself that you’re getting better every day? Have you wrote down your daily goals? Have you meditated today? Have you shown yourself some form of self love? This is your reminder. Do one of these things if not all. You owe it to yourself, because odds are you’re shifting too. And we all need to take a step back and let ourselves fully immerse in what we’re feeling.
