Last month he did an apple challenge and by sharing your apple experience on social media, he chose two winners every day for the month of September to win a copy of his new book, Liver Rescue. It’s available for pre-order on Amazon, and will be released October 30th!

One of my favorite recipes that Anthony William posted during the September Apple challenge was called an apple pie smoothie… It’s a smoothie… that tastes just like apple pie…like what?!

Has anyone every told you how good apples are for the body? You’ve probably heard the over used saying “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. First of all, that’s incorrect – eating at least 3 apples a day will do the trick. Apples are a very common fruit but they don’t get the attention they deserve. If you suffer from liver-related issues such as eczema, psoriasis, SIBO, bloating, adrenal stress, gout, acne, weight issues, premature aging, fatigue, autoimmune diseases, body pain, stiffness, confusion… (this list could go on forever), than you should be consuming at least 3 apples a day. -1 tbsp organic maple syrup, organic agave syrup, or 1 pitted medjool date
-3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/4 tsp ground ginger

1. Clean and cut apples into chunks, remove core and seeds.

2. Place apple chunks in a blender along with remaining ingredients.

3. Blend until very smooth.

4. Place in a fancy cup and sprinkle cinnamon on top because why not have some fun with it?

5. (Optional) Cut extra apples to have on the side and dunk apple slices in your smoothie while you drink it.
